Built from the franchise floor, not the boardroom
ZeeCore was born inside Australian franchising, watching networks wrestle the same problem: hundreds of casual staff across dozens of sites, mandatory training that had to happen, and software that was either a spreadsheet or a six-figure enterprise platform.
Neither worked. Spreadsheets can't prove compliance and enterprise platforms drown small operators in features they'll never touch. So we built the middle path: a lean LMS shaped around the franchisor, franchisee and team member hierarchy that real networks run on.

ZeeCore mirrors your network structure. The Admin level (usually franchisor head office) creates and owns training content for everyone. Parent accounts (franchisees or site managers) enrol their own staff, chase outstanding training and sign off completions for their site. Child accounts are your team members, who simply log in and complete the modules assigned to them.
That's up to you. Most commonly the franchisor funds the whole platform network-wide, since our per-active-user pricing makes that affordable even at 800+ staff. Some networks pass costs through to franchisees, and others split it. We can bill however your network prefers.
A franchisee can add a new staff member and enrol them into their mandatory modules in under five minutes. The staff member gets a link on their phone, completes their training, and their sign-off is recorded, often before their first shift starts.
Yes. Every completion is time-stamped and attributed to a specific person, module version and sign-off. You can export completion records by individual, site or the whole network, giving you a defensible evidence trail for regulators, insurers and internal audits.
Their account is deactivated and you stop paying for them, but their training history stays on record. If they come back next summer (it happens a lot in casual workforces), reactivate them and their history is right where it was.
Absolutely. Training happens at every level. Franchisees and managers complete their own short modules on running the platform, and head office can also assign them leadership, operations or compliance training just like any other user.
Yes. On the Franchise Network and Large Network plans, the platform carries your logo and colours, so your staff see your brand, not ours.
We can. Many networks arrive with operations manuals, PDFs and PowerPoints rather than finished courses. Our team can convert your existing material into short, mobile-friendly modules as part of onboarding on Enterprise plans, or as a one-off content build project.
Yes. ZeeCore is Australian-owned and your data is hosted in Australian data centres, which keeps things simple for privacy compliance and gives your legal team one less thing to worry about.
No. ZeeCore is month to month on Starter and Franchise Network plans. We'd rather keep you with a product you love than a contract you resent. Enterprise agreements can be structured to suit your procurement requirements.
